This is a classic example of the difference between people who know how to grow plants and those who don't. These are three of the trees we received at Christmas. Mine is the one on the right and the other two are being raised by SSG Hunt. She finally decided to rescue mine from in front of my door. I assumed it was too far gone but she thinks she can revive it. I understand water helps these things - who knew?

Is SSG Hunt the marvelous woman who did the Christmas tree decorations? (: Remind me never to give you a puppy...Or a goldfish for that matter.. (: Maybe one of those bromeliads (orchids are, aren't they?) that can draw nutrients from the air; no human intervention necessary. (: All praise to SSG Hunt for compassion, but I think your tree is dead and gone. (:
She is the same woman who helped with the Christmas party. I am betting on her being able to bring it back but we will see :) That is probably a good idea to not leave anything alive with me :)
