This is 174 coming in to land back at home base. It was strange looking flying with the aft landing gear removed.

I would wish for a time when I could tell that a CH-47 was missing parts. (: Maybe the time in Egypt will sharpen my eyes (: Right now when ANY Chinook goes over we assemble and sigh "There goes David!" Knowing it isn't. (: Thank you so very much for clear answers to questions. Many (well...some) people have said that the David/faux Dad combination is informative. I personally would appreciate pictures of mess hall, where you went for blood tests..things like that. Is this allowed? Also..picture of your Alaskan postered room. Now that you have time to wander around and do this. (: Love and continued prayers for continued recovery.

I can certainly take more pictures of my room. I posted a couple quite a few months ago but I can give updates. As far as other buildings - I have to be careful and just shoot close-ups so you don't get any sense of place. And I am sorry to say I can't take pictures (or at least post them) of public use buildings such as the hospital or mess hall. I may be able to get close pictures in the mess hall of food and such but no wide angles that show the exits, security, where lines form ect. Those will have to wait until I am home :) I will try to get some more pictures up soon.
By the way, please give Grandmom a big hug from Wendi and I. Tell her I think about her often and I am praying for her. I am so glad you guys were able to visit her again. Oh and I don't want to forget your sister Sarah (or is it Sara like my sister? - I can never remember :) - give her a hug also. Love you guys.
