I caught Jackson mid-way through his breakfast - he looks a little surprised. Speaking of breakfast - I found that these croissants that are wrapped in plastic are a great thing to take on early morning flights. After a couple of hours on the dash they are nice and warm and just like out of the oven.

I can imagine an innovative contractor (or potential contractor) with a line of products designed for the dash of the CH-47. Little packets of popcorn (for the summer months) eggs, fried or scrambled for the spring when the heat is less intense; year-round cups of beverage "Your treat is just a flight away...take off to home-taste comfort!" I could go with this. (:
I am sure it is only a matter of time :) The hard part is getting the Army to buy it - but then again they have purchased some pretty wild things for us over here so who knows.
